The Commercial Lines Department at McFadden Insurance Agency is a team of professional salespeople and licensed Account Managers who focus exclusively on the needs of the agency's commercial clients. We are a large independent insurance agency with access to many of the major insurance carriers, which allows us the ability to tailor an insurance program to meet the unique needs of each client. As a leader in the marketplace, we have developed an expertise in several specialty areas including Construction, Development, Transportation, Hospitality and Tribal Insurance Programs.
Construction
Nevada is one of the fastest growing states in the nation, specifically Clark County. With that growth the construction industry has become the largest segment of our economy. Over the last 20 years, McFadden Insurance has developed very strong relationships with the insurance companies to service and provide coverage programs for general contractors and subcontractors in both commercial and residential construction. The establishment of more than 40 insurance company appointments provide the available markets needed to service our clients in today’s construction industry.
Development
Master planned communities, country club golf courses, mixed-use construction, high-rise condominiums, shopping centers and monorails have all become a part of the new developments and sky-line of Clark County. To meet the needs of these development projects, McFadden Insurance has developed relationships with markets to take care of the huge development taking place in our valley. Single project insurance programs, “Wraps”, OCIPs, high dollar umbrellas and home warranty programs are just a few of the insurance programs offered and serviced by McFadden Insurance Agency.
Transportation
Whether you are a long-haul or local trucking operation, hauling heavy equipment, construction material or sand & gravel, McFadden Insurance Agency has an insurance market to meet the needs of this industry. Liability, Physical Damage, Cargo insurance and Workers Compensation coverage are all part of the insurance portfolio we provide for our clients in the trucking industry.
Hospitality
Las Vegas has always been the gaming and entertainment capital of the world. The hospitality and entertainment business brings many challenges to provide the proper insurance coverage for this unique industry. McFadden Insurance Agency established excellent insurance programs for Property, Liability, Crime, Liquor Liability and Workers Compensation coverage. As a member of the Nevada Tavern Owners Association, we are excited to be able to take care of the insurance needs of the hospitality industry in Nevada.
Tribal Programs
McFadden Insurance offers a range of comprehensive insurance programs and products to a variety of tribal enterprises and businesses. We have an understanding of Tribal sovereignty on and off reservations. McFadden Insurance is a member of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce Nevada.
